This kind of sensitivity of effect, higher values produce lenz reflections only for strong light emitters. Values lower than 1 are not recommended, because almost everything bright or not too dark generate reflections.

Notice

Lenz effect simulate internal reflections of different lenzes by size and color and can be changed in enbbloom.fx file. You can add more lenzes and modify already existing. You don’t need to set LenzReflectionPower other than 1 if scene is properly configured to HDR lighting values.
